2.1 By registering an Account on ph677, clicking any acceptance checkbox presented during registration, depositing funds, or placing any Wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
2.2 These Terms constitute the complete and exclusive agreement between you and ph677 with respect to your use of the Platform, superseding all prior understandings, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

2.4 These Terms are supplemented by ph677's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the binding agreement between you and ph677.
3.1 Age Requirement. The ph677 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. ph677 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gaming.
Access to ph677 is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 21. Any Account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR as required by law. No exceptions will be made.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. ph677 is licensed for operation in the Philippine gaming market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the Platform is lawful under the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction from which they are accessing the Platform. Players who access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms.
3.3 Single Account Rule. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on ph677. Registering multiple accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances. ph677 uses technical and KYC-based methods to detect duplicate account registration.
3.4 Self-Excluded Persons. Individuals who have activated a self-exclusion on ph677 or any other PAGCOR-regulated platform are ineligible to register or maintain an Account for the duration of the exclusion period. Any Account opened in breach of a self-exclusion may be closed and associated funds forfeited without prior notice.
3.5 Employees and Associated Persons. Current employees, directors, officers, agents, and their immediate family members of ph677 or any of its gaming software or service providers are not eligible to hold a Player Account or participate in real-money wagering on the Platform.
4.1 Registration. To access real-money gaming on ph677, you must complete the registration process, providing accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.
4.2 Accurate Information. You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and your own. ph677 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
4.3 KYC Requirements. ph677 is required by PAGCOR to verify the identity and age of all registered Players before permitting withdrawal of funds. You agree to provide, upon request, any of the following acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents:

5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes.
5.2 You must notify ph677 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account or believe your login credentials have been compromised. ph677 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access that occurred prior to notification.

6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit amount is Philippine Peso one hundred (₱100), unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional period.
6.3 Deposit Crediting. GCash and Maya deposits credit to your Account balance in real time upon confirmed payment. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) typically credit within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes, subject to interbank processing times. Cryptocurrency deposits via USDT TRC20 credit after one (1) blockchain confirmation.
6.4 No Third-Party Deposits. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts, unverified sources, or accounts not matching your KYC-verified identity may be held pending investigation and reversed to the source.
6.5 Currency. All transactions on ph677 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players depositing via cryptocurrency acknowledge that the PHP equivalent is determined at the exchange rate prevailing at the time of the transaction.
GCash and Maya remain the fastest deposit channels on ph677, crediting instantly with no processing fee imposed by ph677. Player-side GCash or Maya transaction fees, if any, are set by those platforms and not within ph677's control.
7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are only available to Players who have completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and wager but cannot process withdrawals until identity verification is complete.
7.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Philippine Peso two hundred (₱200), unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
7.3 Processing Time. GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are processed within five (5) minutes of request during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) banking days, subject to the receiving institution's interbank processing schedule.

7.6 Taxes. Players are solely responsible for any income tax, withholding tax, or other fiscal obligations arising from their winnings under Philippine tax law. ph677 does not provide tax advice and recommends Players consult a qualified Philippine tax professional regarding gaming winnings.
8.1 ph677 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds issued as part of a promotion are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's terms. Where no specific multiplier is stated, a default wagering requirement of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount applies.
8.3 Game Contributions. Unless otherwise specified, live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, sic bo) contribute fifty percent (50%) toward wagering requirements. Slot games contribute one hundred percent (100%). Bonus funds may be subject to maximum single-bet restrictions during the wagering period; these are stated in each promotion's individual terms.
8.4 Bonus Abuse. ph677 takes bonus abuse seriously. Players found to be exploiting bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets across markets to exploit bonus requirements, or collusion with other players — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.
8.5 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion's terms will expire and be removed from the Account without prior notice. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.

9.1 Certified Game Providers. 9.2 Game Rules. Each game on ph677 is governed by specific game rules available within the game interface. 9.3 Technical Malfunctions. Where a malfunction cannot be resolved, bets placed during the affected round will be refunded to the Player's Account.
9.4 Live Dealer Games. Outcomes in live dealer games are determined by physical objects (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in licensed studios under PAGCOR-compliant protocols. Dealer actions are final except in cases of documented dealer error as confirmed by studio supervisors and recorded in the game log.
9.5 Obvious Errors. In the event of an obvious error in published odds, game configuration, or payout tables, ph677 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous values. ph677 will notify affected Players and refund voided bets. ph677 shall have no obligation to honor winnings arising from obvious errors.
10.1 Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities on or in connection with the ph677 Platform:
10.2 Any Player found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct will have their Account immediately suspended, all associated balances forfeited, and, where applicable, the matter reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement agencies.
11.1 ph677 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Effect of Closure. Upon Account closure, all pending Wagers will be settled normally, all verified real-money balances (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method, and all Account data will be retained for the applicable statutory period as required by Philippine law.
11.3 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting ph677 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Closure does not affect any obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

13.1 All content on the ph677 Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, logos, trademarks, text, images, video streams, interface elements, and the ph677 brand name — is the exclusive property of ph677 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.
13.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. No other rights are granted.
13.3 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the Platform's content or software without ph677's prior written consent.
14.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph677 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for any particular purpose.
14.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph677 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
14.3 ph677's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit ph677's liability for death or personal injury caused by ph677's negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
15.1 Informal Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and ph677 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact ph677 customer support to seek resolution. Most disputes — including game outcome queries, payment delays, and Account access issues — are resolved at this stage, typically within 24 to 72 hours.
15.2 Formal Complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may submit a formal written complaint to ph677 via email at [email protected]. ph677 will acknowledge formal complaints within three (3) business days and provide a substantive response within fourteen (14) business days.
15.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly between you and ph677, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR for review as the applicable regulatory authority. ph677 is bound by PAGCOR's adjudication of disputes falling within its regulatory jurisdiction.
15.4 Arbitration. For disputes not resolved through the above processes, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc. (PDRCI), with arbitration proceedings conducted in English in Metro Manila, Philippines.
16.1 ph677 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details held on their Account (SMS to registered mobile number and/or in-platform notification) no less than seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory directive.
16.2 The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the effective date of the most recent version of these Terms. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
16.3 If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Closure requests submitted in response to a Terms amendment will be processed with priority.
17.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
17.2 Subject to the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 15, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that proceeds to litigation.
17.3 ph677 operates in compliance with the following applicable Philippine laws and regulations, without limitation: Republic Act No. 9295 (Philippine Internet Gaming Act), PAGCOR licensing conditions, Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012).
